The Hero
Ingredients:
- 4cl Brâncoveanu VSOP
- 2cl Vermouth
- 3cl Cherry Syrup
- 2 Dash grapefruit bitters
Garnish:
- Rose Petals, orange peel, thyme
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir to perfection and serve over fresh ice or a big ice chunk.
Extravagant
Ingredients:
- 5cl Brâncoveanu VSOP
- 2.5cl Mastic Liqueur
- 3cl Raspberry Syrup
- 2.5cl Fresh lime
- Pink Soda
Garnish:
- Flowers
Method:
- Add all ingredients to shaker except pink soda. Shake well and serve over fresh ice. Top up with pink soda and stir gently.
Pink Floyd
Ingredients:
- 4cl Brâncoveanu VSOP
- 3cl Cream Liqueur Caramel
- 2.5cl Strawberry syrup
- 1 dash Chocolate Bitters
Garnish:
- Trimmed chocolate, rose petals and thyme
Method:
- Shake well all ingredients and serve over fresh ice. Make sure you have a nice froth on top.
