The Brave
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Brâncoveanu VS,
- 20 ml fresh lime juice,
- 15 ml honey runny,
- 150ml ginger beer
Garnish: Orange wedge
Method:
Fill the glass with ice cubes. Put all ingredients in the shaker and mix energetically, pour the mix in the glass and add the ginger beer. Garnish with dried orange wedge and red pepper seeds.
Brâncoveanu Tonic
Ingredients:
- 40 ml Brâncoveanu VS,
- 20 ml tonic water,
- a dash of bitter lemon
Garnish: Lemon peel
Method:
Fill the glass with ice cubes, add Brâncoveanu VS, pour the rest of ingredients, stir and decorate with the orange peel.
Brâncoveanu "26"
Ingredients:
- Brâncoveanu VS 50 ml
- Passion Fruit Syrup 30 ml
- Lemon Juice 20 ml
Garnish: Orange Zest & cherry
Method:
Pour 50 ml of Brâncoveanu VS in shaker. Squeeze half a lemon. Add ice in shaker and shake. Strain the cocktail in a chilled rocks glass filled with ice cubes. Carefully pour Passion Fruit syrup and garnish with an orange zest and a cherry.
