Brancoveanu Tonic

Ingredients: 

  • 40 ml Brancoveanu VSOP 
  • Top up with tonic water 
  • Garnish: lemon slice

Method: 

Fill a Highball glass with fresh ice cubes. Pour Brancoveanu over the ice, top with chilled tonic water, and gently stir. Garnish with a slice of lemon for a refreshing finish.

  • Top up with iced tea Brancoveanu and top with your favorite
  • Garnish: Mint and lemon iced tea. Stir gently and garnish with fresh slice mint and a lemon slice.

Ingredients:

  • 40 ml Brancoveanu VSOP
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 10 ml sugar syrup
  • Top up with soda water
  • Garnish: lemon slice

Method:

Add Brancoveanu, lemon juice, and sugar syrup into a Highball glass filled with ice. Stir well, top with soda water, and garnish with a lemon slice for a zesty sparkle.

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml Brancoveanu XO or VSOP for a fresher version
  • 10 ml lavender-infused honey or diluted regular honey
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 1 dash nutmeg bitters (optional)
  • Orange peel for garnish
  • Large clear ice cube

Method:

In a mixing glass, combine the infused honey and bitters, then add Brancoveanu and ice. Stir well until chilled and slightly diluted. Strain into an old fashioned glass over a large clear ice cube, express and garnish with orange peel, and serve.

  • Top up with tonic water
  • Garnish: mango slice

Method:

Combine Brancoveanu and mango puree in a Highball glass filled with ice. Stir gently and top with tonic water. Garnish with a fresh slice of mango for a tropical escape.

  • Top up with tonic water

Method:

Build the drink in a Highball glass filled with ice. Add Brancoveanu and peach syrup, stir gently, then top with tonic water. Garnish with lemon peel for a fruity aromatic touch.
