Surprising flavour and taste mixes, from different geographic areas and sophisticated drinks paired with complex drinks: the 3rd episode of Romania’s Grand Pairing Tour trip took the hosts Marinela Ardelean and chef Mihai Toader to CAJU restaurant. Inspired by the gastronomy from the North of Africa, which reminded him of his childhood, Chef Joseph Hadad combined the culinary influences from this area with traditional Romanian ingredients, cooking two novel recipes, enhanced by the pairings with Brâncoveanu XO and Byzantium Blanc.
